The Real Estate Councils of Florida

There are 21 independently-operating Real Estate Councils representing every region of Florida. Though Real Estate Councils function differently in each region, they are aligned in their respective missions to further the real estate profession and support Council members, real estate professionals (including lenders, Realtors and more) and consumers through education and advocacy.  The Councils are composed of more than 1,000 real estate attorneys across the state, who have a shared goal to make negotiations and closings easier on everyone involved, thereby promoting a timely closing for every transaction.
